Abstract: The oil and moisture content is an important standard to measure the quality of oil seeds. Nuclear magnetic resonance ( NMR) ，as a new measurement，is more valued. Unknown oil and moisture content and using low field NMR experimental instrument，we put forward a new CPMG sequence measuring method. By using this method，it also measures the oil and moisture content of oil seeds. This paper expands and inspires NMR students’ experiments. And students would have a more profound understanding for the application of nuclear magnetic resonance
